Ending my latest sobriety binge a day early. Celebrating another three weeks with some brandy and MC5: Total Assault. This is a box set of their three albums on colored vinyl. "Kick Out The Jams" on red. "Back In The USA" on white. "High Time" on blue. All day long, my heart and brain were in a black hole while I was at work. Now I feel pretty damn awesome. I'm going to Amoeba Saturday to trade in some records and cd's and return with the new Cat Power record and some Stereolab reissues on clear vinyl. And drinking through Saturday. I may then jump back on the wagon for the rest of October.
