secret motel

I spoke with R. the other night--the first time since she returned from her two-week visit to Vietnam. She still wants me to visit Utah and suggested Memorial Day weekend. I am seriously considering it. I still think I should stay in a hotel rather than stay with R. and her husband. I would feel horrible about wearing out my welcome. A little bit of Harold goes an awful long way. "You need to get out of California," she said. Yes, I do. I need to get over my travel phobia and go.
